First Materials Arrive

Materials - Reclaimed from a struck down movie set
Today Greensaw delivered a truck load of wood sheets that will eventually become the sub-floor of the buildings. They were acquired from The Resource Exchange who recovered them from a struck Philly movie set. We will be walking on Philadelphia Cinematic history, ha ha.

Getting ready for the demo work that will commence soon.

SlowBuild

We are very happy to be working with the folks at Greensaw Design and Build, the general contractor for the project. We share their belief that renovating existing buildings vs. building new, should itself be a recognized factor in sustainable building.
