I came by the buildings this morning to see the radiators being hauled off to be recycled.

Deconstruction started over the weekend!
The buildings are being picked apart and materials are separated into drywall, wood, plaster, metal, etc. It will all be brought to Revolution Recovery where the material is then processed by hand and by machine. All waste wood, metal, drywall, cardboard, paper, plastic, rubble, shingles and salvageable items are recovered and either reused or recycled.

Today Greensaw delivered a truck load of wood sheets that will eventually become the sub-floor of the buildings. They were acquired from The Resource Exchange who recovered them from a struck Philly movie set. We will be walking on Philadelphia Cinematic history, ha ha.
Ted and I picked up the zoning permits today.
Time to get started renovating some buildings.
